Support hours

Standard support is Monday-Friday, 08:00-18:00 EAT. Critical incidents can be escalated by phone/WhatsApp.

Response targets

  • Critical: first response within 1 hour
  • High: first response within 4 hours
  • Normal: first response within 1 business day
